Hardrock Photos
I anticipate a while before a full write up, so in the mean time I will leave you with a few photos.
Woot! The boys from NC rocked Hardrock this year!! Great pictures. Let's get together for a run in your neck of the woods sometime. I've got Cascade Crest end of next month, then nothing planned for the rest of the year.
Good luck and Cascade, hope your recovery is going well. You should show up for the ALTAR run, Flame has run it before, and its a great one to run just before the holidays!

-Dowd 1/2 Marathon - November 7, 2009 - 13.1 Miles - Charlotte, NC - 1:36:05 PR
-SCAR - July 25, 2009 - 71.2 Miles - Smokey Mountains - 22:12:12
-Hardrock 100 - July 10-12, 2009 - 100 Miles - Silverton, CO - 39th place - 37:33:40
-Marathon des Sable - 3.27.09-4.6.09 - 126 Miles - Saharah Desert, Morocco - 296th place - 32:49:42
-Umstead 50 Miles - 3/31/07 - 50 Miles - Raleigh, NC - 9:44:30 - 22nd place out of 107 runners. This run was an attempt to run 100 miles. I decided to drop out at mile 75, my 50 mile time is however counted.
