SULTONIC: NC Coast - From the East Atlantic to the West Atlantic

Two weeks after dipping my feet in the Atlantic on the Moroccan coast in Agadir, Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangiers I dipped my feet again on the other side of the very same ocean on the NC coast!

You would think I had enough of the sand!

-MMT 100 Miles - 5/19/07 - Front Royal, VA - DNF 25:06:35 - This run was an attempt to run 100 miles. I decided to drop out at mile 75.9.

-Charlotte Racefest 1/2 Marathon - 4/14/07 - 13.1 Miles - Charlotte, NC - 1:36:20 PR

-Umstead 50 Miles - 3/31/07 - 50 Miles - Raleigh, NC - 9:44:30 - 22nd place out of 107 runners. This run was an attempt to run 100 miles. I decided to drop out at mile 75, my 50 mile time is however counted.
